Company Picnic Selections

PIG ROAST

130 lb to 150 lb. USDA farm fresh pig slow roast 24 hours presented whole, carved, then served w/ Texas and Spanish style BBQ sauces, rolls and butter. Choose two sides and a dessert and you have a great outdoor meal. Iced tea and lemonade included.

BARBECUE CHICKEN AND RIBS

The classic menu for a summer cookout. Smoked pork spareribs and grilled chicken. Served with texas style bbq sauce, two sides, one dessert, rolls and butter. Sliced smoked pork or beef may be substituted.

KEEPING IT SIMPLE

Home made 1/2 lb. Hamburgers, 1/4lb belly buster hot dogs, fresh made cant buy it in stores italian sausage w/ onions and peppers. Served w/ rolls, buns, condiments, two sides, one dessert. Toppings bar W/ cheese, guacamole, chili, mushroom sauce, bacon available.

ON A BUDGET

Hamburgers and hot dogs, grilled on site. Served with condiments, buns, potato salad and macaroni salad, iced tea and lemonade.

MEXICAN FAJITA PARTY

Grilled marinated skirt steak and chicken breast served with all the classic accompaniments, warm flour tortillas, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, sour cream, guacamole, jalepeno peppers, and sautéed onions. We recommend Mexican rice and seasoned ranch beans for the sides.

FLORIDA FISH FRY

Corn meal and cracker breading coating an assortment of fresh fish, with an occasional chunk of chicken, alligator, or a frog leg making an appearance from time to time. Served with cole slaw, red potatoes w/ butter, hushpuppies, and ice cold watermelon served as a refreshing dessert.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT

1/4 lb hamburgers, Italian sausage w/ provolone cheese onions and peppers, grilled adobe chicken breast, hot dogs, assorted condiments and relishes, fresh rolls and buns, potato salad, pasta and vegetable salad, BBQ baked beans, rolls and butter, brownies.
